Museum Exhibit and Seaside Art Gallery International Miniature Show

With the current pandemic putting a halt on more or less everything, my exhibit at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences only actually ran for maybe two weeks at most, instead of the entire month of March for which it was scheduled. But it was a lovely show while it lasted, and I'm happy I had the opportunity to have my works displayed in such a beautiful venue, even if only briefly, before the world changed.

In other news, I was able to get my three entries delivered to the Seaside Art Gallery in Nags Head for their 29th International Miniature Art Show which runs through the month of May 2020, so is currently ongoing.

I had committed to donating $100 for each of my three paintings that sell during the show to the charity NoKidHungry, and one has sold already! So I'm thrilled to have been able to make my first donation - fingers crossed the other two paintings will sell as well, so I can send more money to this organization which is helping feed hungry children, an especially critical need during this pandemic.
